Joseph Anderson, editor of The Maine Genealogist gave a good reminder in the February 2018 edition to read the articles for examples on how to reconstruct unrecorded families. Another good reminder was to read the footnotes. Even though an article may not be about your relatives, it may be about an area or town where you have an interest. What sources did they use? Perhaps the source would be helpful to you. Our own newsletter will give you ideas.
