I have two pictures of soldiers, who were friends of my grandfather, in their uniforms from WWI.

  1. William J. LaClair of So Brewer It’s a studio photo taken in Coblenz.
  2. Walter Butler of Rockland It’s on a carte postale.

They were in the Meuse-Argonne. They had been in the N.G. in Bangor before being called up. My grandfather was in the 56th Pioneer Inf. Div. Are either of these men your relative? I don’t need the pictures. Hopefully, a family member would want them or someone has an idea what to do with them.
